Dirty Treasury cleaned up by Pandas

P&Pers decided that the Whitehall needed a little bit of a spring clean on Monday, scrubbing out those fossil fuel investments at the Treasury, Inland Revenue, No. 10., and the Department for Energy & Climate Change.
